One of Aurora by Flexinn’s missions is to guarantee the quality of its products and give peace of mind to its customers. Customer satisfaction with the excellence of our work is of primary importance to us at Aurora. The Aurora by Flexinn guarantee aims to certify the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail and the quality of all the materials used. Certain of the quality of our products, we offer a 5-year guarantee on all rest systems (mattresses, slatted bases and bed systems), three years more than the legal guarantee provided. This demonstrates the quality of the materials used and the minimal attention of the Aurora team during the creation of the products.
What is meant by warranty?
The Aurora warranty provides, in the event that defects resulting from the production process are found, the FREE repair and/or replacement of the product. Alternatively, where possible, the same warranty provides for the repair and/or replacement of the individual defective components. To assert the warranty, the interested party must report the lack of conformity to Sleepys Italia in writing within the terms established by the legislation in question, under penalty of forfeiture. It is necessary to present and attach the invoice (or the receipt) as proof of purchase, but also photos capable of documenting exactly the defects found.
The warranty does not cover:
The Aurora guarantee does not cover any depressions in the surfaces used of less than 20 mm: these values are considered physiological for the settling of the padding subjected to body weight (tolerances and measurements compliant with the UNI EN 10707 and UNI EN 1334 standards).
Invalidity of warranty:
The warranty on Aurora products is to be considered null and void when the problems encountered by the Customer cannot be attributed to manufacturing defects. For example:- non-conformity of the products is due to negligence or carelessness in use;
- damage due to transport (in this case the responsible party is the carrier);
- damage caused by people or animals;
- deterioration caused by external agents such as fire, water and steam;
- use of the product other than its intended use.
